Spend a Second Chance, or live with the roll
One die, one result — unless you pay 25 coins to roll a second and keep the better of the two. You get a handful per board and no more, so the real question is never which die. It is when.
Snakes & ladders · iOS & Android
The board game you already know, drawn by hand and given a spine: one die, a rationed Second Chance, eleven boards that each break a rule, and a guardian snake at the top that does not stay still.
Free. No in-app purchases, no account. Advertising supported. Ages 4 and up.

Why this one
Classic snakes and ladders has no decisions in it — you roll, you move, you win or you do not. Four changes turn the same familiar board into something you can actually be good at.
One die, one result — unless you pay 25 coins to roll a second and keep the better of the two. You get a handful per board and no more, so the real question is never which die. It is when.
Every one of the ten species is drawn by the game as you play. They breathe, blink and flick their tongues, and the one that catches you rears up before it takes you down.
Fall from 98 to 17 and you are handed a consolation scaled to the drop. Coins buy second chances or unlock the next board — spend to win this match, or save to reach the next one.
Sand that nudges you a square. Ice that keeps you sliding. Storm tiles that swap you with the leader. Gates that only open on an exact roll. And a guardian snake that moves between turns.
The match does not end when the first player gets home. It plays on for second, third and fourth, so the youngest at the table still finishes their game.
Every board, font and image is packaged. There is no account to sign in to and no analytics are bundled. Adverts are the only thing that needs a connection, and the game plays exactly the same without one.
Eleven boards
Board 0 is the traditional game, one die, no coins, never locked. Every board after it adds one idea and takes a second chance away. Drag to look along the mountain.
Board 00
The traditional game. One die, pure luck.
Board 01
The classic board. Learn the ropes.
Board 02
Ladders everywhere — plan your climbs.
Board 03
Long snakes. One bad roll costs you the board.
Board 04
Shifting sand nudges you a square either way.
Board 05
One enormous python runs the height of the board.
Board 06
Ice keeps you sliding until you find grip.
Board 07
Snakes far outnumber ladders. Choose carefully.
Board 08
Storm tiles swap you with whoever is winning.
Board 09
Gates only open on an exact roll.
Board 10
The guardian moves between turns. Good luck.
The cast
Each has its own skin, its own length and its own favourite stretch of board. The Rose Viper on Classic runs from 99 all the way down to 10.

Built for families
Children play this game, so the adverts are non-personalised for everyone, and under-13s see nothing but the rewarded video they chose to watch.
Nothing to sign up for, no profile to make. Open it and play.
Stars, coins and your sound setting are stored on the phone and never uploaded.
Google AdMob serves the adverts. There are no analytics services, no crash reporting and no social logins in the app.
Removing the app removes everything it stored. See Data & Deletion.
Questions
No. Every board, snake and ladder is drawn on the device as you play, so it works with no signal at all.
There is nothing to buy — coins are earned by playing and cannot be purchased. The game is supported by adverts from Google AdMob, and they are never personalised. Players under 13 see only the optional rewarded video they choose to watch for coins: no banners, no ads between matches, nothing that interrupts.
We collect none ourselves: no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, and your progress is stored only on the device. Google AdMob handles the adverts and receives what it needs to serve a non-personalised ad. See the Privacy Policy.
Two to four, in any mix of people and computer opponents, all on one device.
For 25 coins you roll a second die and keep whichever result you prefer. Each board rations them — five on the early boards, one on Serpent's Crown.
Yes. A traditional board game with no chat, no links out and no purchases. Under-13s get child-directed ad treatment: non-personalised, and only the optional rewarded video. See Children's Privacy.
