Data & Deletion

Nothing is held on our servers. Coil & Climb stores a small amount of data on your own device and nowhere else, and deleting the app deletes all of it. The one exception is advertising: Google receives an advert request and stores its own data on the device, which uninstalling also removes.
What is stored, and where

Nothing in the first four rows identifies you or is ever transmitted. The advertising rows belong to Google’s SDK rather than to us; we cannot read them, and uninstalling the app removes them with everything else.
Delete everything
Uninstall the app. On both iOS and Android, removing an app removes the storage that belongs to it. No residue remains and nothing needs to be requested from us.
- iPhone or iPad: press and hold the app icon, choose Remove App, then Delete App.
- Android: press and hold the app icon, choose Uninstall. To clear the data but keep the app, go to Settings → Apps → Coil & Climb → Storage → Clear data.
Reset progress without uninstalling
Daily goals reset on their own each day. To clear everything at once, use Clear data on Android as above, or delete and reinstall the app on iOS.
Change your advertising choices
Adverts in this game are never personalised, so there is no profile to switch off. What you can change is the consent answer itself and, on iOS, the tracking permission:
- Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): Google’s consent form can be reopened from the game so you can change your answer.
- iOS tracking: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, then turn the switch off for Coil & Climb. Under-13 players are never asked in the first place.
- Android advertising ID: Settings → Google → Ads, where you can delete or reset it.
Refusing everything does not restrict the game. Every board is completable without watching a single advert.
Making a formal request
If you need a written response for your records — for a school, an employer, or a data protection authority — email support@m4infotech.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will confirm in writing, normally within 30 days, that no personal data about you is held.
We cannot delete data we never received, and we will not ask you for personal information in order to process such a request.
