Agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and [REGISTERED LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (trading as M4 Infotech) covering your use of the Coil & Climb mobile application and this website. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, an adult responsible for you should read and accept these terms on your behalf.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use.

What you may not do

• Copy, sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the app or its artwork.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Remove or obscure any notice of ownership.
• Use the app or its assets to train a machine learning model, or to build a competing product.
• Use the app for anything unlawful.

Ownership

The game, its board artwork, snake and ladder illustrations, sounds, name and logo remain the property of M4 Infotech and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Price and purchases

The game is free. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. It is supported by advertising. If that ever changes, the change will be described in the app store listing and release notes for the version that introduces it, and these terms will be updated first.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

App store terms

Where you obtained the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's own terms also apply to your download. Those stores are not parties to this agreement and have no responsibility for the app; any support enquiry should come to us.

Ending the agreement

You may end this agreement at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end it if you breach these terms. Sections on ownership, warranty, and liability survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / COUNTRY OF GOVERNING LAW], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
